In accordance with the requirements of BS EN1634-1:2000 - Load Pro hinges have been successfully included in fire tests to 1 hour and are CE marked as suitable for installation on fire and escape route doors.

Choice of Finishes
Load Pro™ Heavy Duty Door Hinge is available in
a choice of finishes according to the appearance
and level of corrosion protection required: Zinc
Plate (with or without Yellow Passivation); Electro-
Brassed; and Nico Supercoat 500.
Nico Supercoat 500 is a bright silver finish which
provides salt spray resistance in excess of the 240
hours required by BS EN 1670:1998 Class 4.
